Terms of Service

These terms govern use of SnapKoi at mossimageedit.com, operated by Ray Cui, an individual based in China. By using the site you agree to these terms and to the Acceptable Use Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

The service

The site is an online editor named SnapKoi. You can upload a photo and describe a change, or describe a poster to generate. One credit produces one image. New visitors can generate 3 images without an account. That allowance is a short try-out, not an unlimited free product. After that, images require credits. Results are AI-generated and labeled as such. The editor is powered by GPT Image unless a different model is named on the page. It does not offer face swap, undress, or deepfake tools.

SnapKoi is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or maintained by the providers of the models it uses, including OpenAI. Output is AI-generated. A model name on the site is a disclosure of the system that made the image. It is not our brand, and it is not a claim of endorsement.

Accounts

Sign-in is by email magic link. You are responsible for the email address you use and for activity on the account. Keep the sign-in link private. There is no subscription to cancel.

Credits

Credit packs are one-time purchases of digital credits. They are not a subscription, they do not renew, and unused credits do not expire. 1 credit equals 1 output image. Credits are delivered electronically to the account for the email you check out with, as soon as payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped.

If generation fails after a credit was reserved, the credit is returned. A blocked prompt is not generated and is not charged.

Payments and refunds

Waffo Pancake is the merchant of record for credit packs. Waffo Pancake sells the credits to you, processes the payment and applicable taxes, and issues the receipt. We do not store your card number. Waffo Pancake's own terms apply to the payment. Prices are listed on the pricing page.

An unused credit pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Email support@mossimageedit.com from the address you paid with and include the order. We aim to reply within 3 business days and ask Waffo Pancake to return the payment. A pack you have already used is not refundable, except where the law requires a refund. When a refund or a dispute is confirmed, we remove the credits from that purchase. Credits already spent may leave the balance at zero.

Prohibited content

You may not use the service to generate, edit, upload, or attempt to generate NSFW content, explicit content, sexually suggestive content, or harmful content. This includes nudity, pornography, sexual content, and content that is sexually suggestive even when it does not show nudity.

You also may not generate or edit illegal content, including sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that defrauds, harasses, or threatens someone. Deepfakes, face swaps, and other face manipulation of real people are prohibited. The service does not offer a face-swap feature. The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms.

Every prompt is checked before an image is made. We may block a prompt, refuse a generation, or stop offering the service if a request breaks these rules. Trying to bypass the check is itself a violation.

Your content

You keep the rights you already have in photos you upload and in prompts you write. You may upload a photo of a real person only if it is your own photo or you have that person's permission. The editor asks you to confirm this before an edit runs. Permission does not allow a face swap, an undress edit, or any other deepfake. You are responsible for how you use the result. Output comes from a third-party model and may be wrong, incomplete, or similar to other output. Do not rely on it as professional, legal, or medical advice, and do not present it as a photograph a person took.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate access, including by closing an account, refusing generation, and declining further purchases, if you violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, attempt to bypass content checks, abuse the free allowance, or misuse billing. We may do this without prior notice when the use is illegal, harmful, or an attempt to circumvent moderation. Unused credits on an account terminated for abuse are not refunded by us, except where the law requires a refund.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided as available. Generation can fail, take about a minute, or return an image that does not match the prompt. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the update means you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site.
